okok, the mount ophir entry, sry for the long wait! got really busy with things after ophir like the kickass chalet!

first day.

got up like 530am in the morning and realised i was running late! had to be in sch by 615am and i still have a million things to pack because i fell asleep while packing the night before. packed till 3am seah wtf. i started late lah, hahaha.

reached abit late to see everyone there playing soccer or takraw, except for the girls lah. shi kai wore jeans thinking that ji, lam and i would wear too because we said: "first day wear nice nice!" LOL.

before we set off!

dropped at this place in msia(i dunno where lah) for 30mins and walked around. we just wanted to get some gums and eat something. settled down in the foodcourt for wanton mee. it tastes quite nice know! just that the noodle seems different. there's oso this bakery which looks damn style lah! its much better than breadtalk, and its just too style for that place lah.

went straight to mount ophir after the 30mins break. a little short briefing, and we had to declare whatever things we bring up so that they can make sure we dun litter-.- they'll check for the things when we get down. some unpacking of stuff, and we're off!

target for the day was checkpoint 4 which is our campsite.

climbed a million steps of stairs and walked some distance to reach checkpoint 2. just look at how happy lam was to have finally reached checkpoint 2!

continued walking and walking to checkpoint 4 and at checkpoint 3, i was ordered by mr chong to give my bag to ji yang because my bag was too heavy. i still can tahan lah, i already said, "when i cannot tahan, i will give my bag to ji." they just dunno how to listen!
for your info my bag was the heaviest because lam, ji and shi kai brought mini bags and they kept all their things in my bag, hahaha.

lam tried to motivate us along the way...

it was a long way to checkpoint four, but it felt real good when we reached there, put down our bags and went straight to the river the moment we reached there, hahaha.

bathed in the ice cold river, dammit, its damn cold!

some night activities after dinner=D big 2 in najib's tent was fun!

bed time!

most of us couldn't get to sleep and me, lam and ji shared one tent. so we started singing Untitled. damn fun seah, the other tents joined in too and it went on for quite long till ma'am came out and went to the other tents thinking that its them who sang.

"NO US! IS LAM THAT TENT LAH!"

mrs kua dun fake lah your snoring so lousy.

and warned lam not to sing again if not he will do 20 pushups HAHAHAHAHA.

second day. TO THE SUMMIT.

kiang the hengman! i open my eyes, i try to see but i'm blinded by the white light....
mrs kua yaya u haven't even open your eyes.

did more unpacking and left things in our tent. abit of morning exercise and we're off!

i carried the heavy bag again. shiok ah, its good training know! my aim was to carry it by myself all the way up=D

we had to cross this river and lam stepped into the water HAHAHAHAHA. the ranger just shouted out, "OH FAIL!" HAHAHA.

saw a big rock that looks like a boat and another bigger one that looks like titanic.

as we climbed higher we entered this mist and it just feels like we're in an air con room. when the wind blows i just wanna stand there and not move. it feels damn shiok man. there's this part called the "KFC", Killer For Climbers lah, lol. its quite tough to get past it, then came bukit botak. its just really steep slopes like 50degrees and we'll have to pull ourselves up with the ropes.

at one point we could see the land below and thought that we're reaching soon because the clouds are near, then, we went allll thhheeeeeeeeeeeeeeee wayy downnnnnnnnnnnnnn again because the summit is at the mountain next to it=/ felt damn shag lah. i was like, "yay, i'm going to complete it with this bag!" next moment, "wtf, KNN lah." i asked the ranger, "how long more ah?" "around 1 more hour."

at the "summit mountain" it was up up and up. no flat land or whatsoever, just ladders and sandbags that serve as steps.

its already like past one hour and i asked the ranger again,

kiang the hengman! still got how long?
ranger one hour more.
kiang the hengman! you everytime oso one hour more seah!

but this time, we reached the summit in around one hours time! damn shiok lah! but the clouds were like quite far away and there were no clouds to let us touch=C at one moment the sun was not blocked and we were being BBQed seah! then came the wind! and the clouds! actually its nth much lah, it just feels damn good cause its cold, hahaha.

msged someone happy birthday at the summit! and there was a reply=D

i carried the bag myself up know! heh heh, exchanged bags at the summit. so he took over the going down part.

it took rather long to go back to checkFOUR point and lam was so tired i think he didn't know what he was saying.

lam c'mon pple, soon! soon!

after like 3 mins..

lam nb still so far seah.

the best part is, HE STEPPED INTO THE WATER AGAIN LOL.

at one point there were no rangers following us and we were separated into two groups, we're quite far behind but roughly knew the way so we walked ourselves. and we actually managed to catch up.

after a really long walk, finally we reached.

LAM LOST HIS SANDALS! LOL.

felt really really good during the bath back at the camp. lam and shi kai went up first. i was still bathing with ji, faris, harun and Syazwan S. lam and shi kai came back for some stupid reason(i think was to ask ji whether they could eat his chocolate bar) and lam fell into the water. HE GOT HIS CLEAN CLOTHES TOTALLY WET HAHAHAHA. shi kai was infront of him and lam started splashing him with water because he didn't want to be alone, bastard right! lol.

he kept blaming shi kai for what happened.

lam eh shi kai u see ah, if u dun want to eat the chocolate bar ah, i wouldn't have dropped into the water!
shi kai eh but u were the one who suggested going back to the river to ask them!
lam yea lah, so kiang its all your fault lah!
kiang the hengman! why suddenly my fault!!!

BBQ for the night! lam and co.(ma'am kua called the four of us that) took charge of the pit for crabsticks and stuff. there was so much food we couldn't finish lah.

lam was missing from my tent that night and i supposed he went to shi kai's tent to sleep.

at night around 4am something was massaging my toe when i stretch my leg and touched the tent's side.

kiang the hengman! ji ji faster wake up got something touching me!
ji yang huh? aiya nothing one lah.(goes back to sleep)

went out to shine my torch but saw no one, DAMN.

the group camping beside us was so noisy the rangers scolded them, hahahaha.

after a three hours walk we're out!

i'll blog abt the other two days tmr, its getting late!
